Qatari-based conglomerate, Al Baladi Holding Group (ABHG), has announced a strategic partnership with Azerbaijan’s Green Capital Management Investment Group to expand its Tea Time and Go Crispy Brands on a global scale.
According to Today.az, The agreement, worth over $5 million, was signed in Baku, Azerbaijan, between Green Capital Management, an Azerbaijani-backed UAE firm, and Al Baladi Holdings.
The partnership aims to launch over 400 new branches of “Go Crispy” restaurants and “Tea Time” cafes worldwide, starting with Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, the UK, and several European nations.
The expansion is part of Al Baladi Holding Group’s strategic marketing plan to establish Go Crispy and Tea Time as international brands.

Go Crispy restaurants are known for high-quality meals, outstanding customer service, and fresh halal chicken dishes and various fast-food options while maintaining the highest international health standards.
The first Go Crispy restaurant, opened in 2019 by Chef Hissa Al Sulaiti, quickly expanded in Doha and earned the Best Fast-Food Restaurant in Qatar award at the 2022 Arabian Best of Best Awards.

Tea Time cafés is the largest Qatari café chain and is renowned for its simple and competitive concept. Its cafes are renowned for their unique products, including its signature saffron tea and the distinctive Karak drink.

ABHG Founded in 1979 by Mr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Attiyah, Al Baladi Holding Group is a prominent Qatari conglomerate with over 7,500 employees and 53 companies spanning various sectors, including food and beverages, retail, agriculture, manufacturing, fashion, e-commerce, and hospitality.

The expansion will create job opportunities in new markets and strengthen the presence of Al Baladi Holding Group brands in the global market.
