Paradise Island, BahamasAtlantis Paradise Island, already celebrated as a top culinary destination, is significantly expanding its dining offerings this spring.

The iconic Bahamas resort is unveiling a dynamic lineup of new restaurants, limited-time pop-ups, and enhanced beachside dining concepts, further cementing its reputation for culinary excellence in the region.

The expansion includes the debut of two highly anticipated restaurants and a summer pop-up featuring an internationally recognized chef. This adds to Atlantis Paradise Island’s already impressive roster of dining experiences, which boasts more Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning chefs than any other destination in the Caribbean.

Here’s a look at some of the exciting new additions rolling out:

  • Claudio’s (Opening May 2025): Making its first appearance outside of New York, this sister restaurant to the popular Claudio’s in Greenport, NY, brings waterfront charm to the Bahamas. Located above the Water’s Edge Lagoon, Claudio’s Bahamas will offer indoor and outdoor seating with stunning views and a family-friendly menu focused on fresh seafood. Signature dishes will include Cracked Lobster, Conch Fritters, Cracked Conch Sliders, and exclusive Tuna Tartare Nachos.
  • Cocodrilo (Now Open): This new Cantina-style restaurant blends a lively atmosphere with relaxed beach vibes and coastal Mexican cuisine. Situated between The Coral and The Royal at the Lagoon Bar & Grill, Cocodrilo offers dishes like Conch Ceviche, Blackened Shrimp Tostadas, Tacos & Burrito Bowls with Barbacoa or Carnitas, and Grilled Mahi-Mahi.
