Chef Point Plans Exclusive Dining Event for Father’s Day

Colleyville, Texas, USAChef Point, the popular restaurant located near DFW Airport, is preparing a special, reservation-only dining experience to celebrate Father’s Day.

The event is scheduled for Sunday, June 15, and will feature a selection of new menu additions alongside some of the restaurant’s most beloved house favorites.

The limited-time menu is crafted with hearty and indulgent options in mind, aiming to provide a memorable meal to honor dads. Reservations are required for the event, as the regular brunch and dinner menus will not be available.

Highlights from the featured menu include:

  • Blackened Smoked Ribeye: Pecan wood-smoked, seared, and finished with steak butter.
  • Texas Beef Short Ribs: Slow-braised and served over creamy jalapeño grits with a chipotle Jack Daniels demi-glace.
  • Hawaiian Salmon: Grilled with a honey-lime glaze, topped with pineapple salsa, and served with coconut rice.
  • Stuffed Chicken or Pork Chop: Filled with spinach, artichokes, and feta, finished with roasted tomatoes and garlic.
  • Lobster Bisque: A creamy, rich soup with tender lobster meat.

Returning favorites that will also be available include the signature Texas Bacon Bloody Mary cocktail and the indulgent Big Daddy Burger, which features brisket, barbecue toppings, slaw, and an onion ring. For dessert, Chef Franson’s famous Bread Pudding with hot cognac sauce will be offered.

“With this updated menu, we’ve taken our Father’s Day celebration to the next level,” Executive Chef Franson Nwaeze stated in the announcement. “These are the kinds of dishes that bring people together—bold, indulgent, and full of heart.”

The Father’s Day dining event runs from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM on June 15 at Chef Point in Colleyville.

Due to the reservation requirement and expected demand, interested diners are encouraged to book their spots quickly.
