Macao recently played host to the Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards, with the support of the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO).
Wynn Resorts Website is the home for this event, where over 200 wine experts, Chinese winery representatives, and international media gathered to celebrate the very best of Chinese wine.
The top honor, “Best Wine of China,” went to Renyiyuan Tao Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 from Ningxia Helan Mountain Renyiyuan Winery, adding a total of 4 awards scooped by this winery.
Other top awards went to wines from varied regions, from Xinjiang to Shandong. The full winners list can be found in the source here.

Wynn is launching a global promotion strategy to showcase these award-winning wines. They will be featured at Wynn’s signature restaurants and promoted through its international network. The “Culture City of East Asia 2025 – Macao, China” program also includes the Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards, showcasing China’s heritage.
The awards were judged by 27 wine experts, including Masters of Wine and Master Sommeliers and industry leading masters. Nearly 900 wines from 200 Chinese wineries were tasted! Wynn aims to promote Chinese wines internationally and hopes the events will empower the Chinese wine industry to further grow.
