CHICAGO – Get ready for a fungi-fueled revolution in foodservice! Nature’s Fynd, a food company creating dairy and meat alternatives with its nutritional fungi protein, Fy™, will making waves at the 2025 National Restaurant Association Show (Chicago, May 17-20, 2025) with two new products: Fy™ Bites (Fy Protein™ + Veggies) and Fy™ Culinary Base.

What is Fy™? It’s a nutritional fungi protein discovered during NASA research in Yellowstone National Park!   • Fy Culinary Base: A Chef’s Secret Weapon for Creamy, Dairy-Free Innovation: This neutral-flavored, Vegan substitute replaces dairy (cream, butter, eggs), with heat/acid stability for a wide range of hot/cold foodservice applications. This can be used to make diary free options like sour cream replacement, mousses, dressings, sauces, soups and more.
  • Dairy-Free Fy Yogurt: The Creamy, Grab-and-Go Alternative: The Vegan Gluten-Free option is already available in strawberry, peach, and vanilla flavors. These single-serve Yogurt Cups are packed with nutrients and probiotics.
