Los Angeles, USA – Big news for American cookie enthusiasts, especially those avoiding gluten: Tim Tam, often called Australia’s most iconic chocolatey cookie, is now available in a gluten-free variety.

The popular “bikkie” began arriving on shelves in Albertsons stores nationwide this spring, timed with Celiac Awareness Month.

Tim Tam is renowned for its layered texture, featuring crunchy biscuit, creamy filling, and a rich chocolate coating. A long-time favorite “Down Under,” the cookie has been gaining a strong following in the United States.
