Juniper Ventures Adds 17 New Central Texas Locations

Juniper Ventures of Texas LLC, a joint venture between Midtex Oil LP and Motiva Enterprises LLC, has agreed to acquire 17 new retail fuel locations in Central Texas.

The acquisition adds approximately 14 million gallons of annual gasoline and diesel supply, bringing the total number of retail outlets under Juniper Ventures to 67.

The 17 retail locations are Mini Mart stores in Kerr, Kendall, Bandera, and Gillespie counties.

The transaction is expected to close in fall 2024, with 49 of the 67 sites to be company-operated.

Juniper Ventures‘ c-stores are predominantly branded as Fischer’s Neighborhood Markets and Pit Stop Food Marts.

President of Juniper Ventures, Rodney Fischer expressed excitement about the growth opportunity in the dynamic Central Texas c-store market.

Motiva Enterprises, LLC is an American company that operates as a wholly owned US subsidiary of Saudi Aramco. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, it had a revenue of $37 Billion. Motiva operates as a distributor of Shell and 76 branded gasoline within its operating territory.
