Post Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: Post) is acquiring Potato Products of Idaho, L.L.C. (PPI), with financial details undisclosed.

The deal, announced today, will bring PPI’s refrigerated and frozen potato product manufacturing and packaging operations, including a facility in Rigby, Idaho, under the Post Holdings umbrella.

Founded in 1998, this certified Idaho Potato company specializes in frozen baked potatoes, as well as refrigerated and frozen mashed, baked, and roasted potatoes.

While financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed, the deal is expected to close in the first calendar quarter of 2025, which aligns with Post’s second fiscal quarter of 2025, pending standard closing conditions.

Post Holdings, Inc. is a diversified food company known for brands like Post Consumer Brands, Weetabix, Michael Foods, Bob Evans Farms, and hopefully, Potato Products of Idaho.
