
Sonny’s BBQ has launched a mobile app and an app-exclusive rewards program.
The new initiatives are part of the brand’s commitment to meet changing guest needs and priorities.
The mobile app, developed with Thanx, has seen over 57,000 downloads and 160,000 digital orders since June.

The app has a high cart conversion rate of 83%, and a 29% conversion rate from email subscribers.
The loyalty rewards program offers 10 points for every dollar spent, with users receiving $5 off their first app order.
To celebrate the launch of the new program, Sonny’s BBQ is offering even more value to their loyalty rewards program members with 2x points throughout September and exclusive weekly rewards, including:
- (9/9 – 9/15): Kids Meal Deal – Free Kids Meal with purchase of an adult entree
