PLANO, Texas – AN SUPPS, the North American division of Applied Nutrition PLC, has announced a strategic partnership with one of Kraft Heinz’s iconic brands, TANG®.
The deal, brokered by Brand Central, will see the launch of TANG® co-branded sports nutrition products across North America, with AN SUPPS providing, per the report, “industry know-how, manufacturing and distribution capabilities.”

This collaboration marks TANG®’s first foray into the sports nutrition world. The new line will feature the brand’s popular Orange and Orange Strawberry flavors in various formats, catering to fans who grew up with the iconic TANG® drink mix. The launch also aims to provide poignant nostaligia benefits alongside modern wellness features.
AN SUPPS will initially roll out carbonated, ready-to-drink energy beverages in TANG® Orange and TANG® Orange Strawberry flavors through its website, Amazon, and coolers in gyms and specialty retail locations. Other retailers are quickly becoming forthcoming, according to the report. Following the energy drink launch, AN SUPPS will introduce TANG® co-branded pre-workout powder (with and without caffeine) and hydration powder, exclusively at The Vitamin Shoppe.
Charter Foster, Senior Licensing Manager for Kraft Heinz, expressed excitement about leveraging TANG®’s “unique equities and nostalgia” to drive conversation and excitement in new beverage categories. He also spoke of how this will enable bring the TANG experiance to the sports nutrition aisle.
Aaron Heidebreicht, CEO of AN SUPPS, stated that Tang allows the corporations to “equitably share our respective marketplace strengths.” The new energy has sought to take advantage of being gluten free, sugar-free, with natural flavors and ingredients that are helpful to endurance.
