Phoenix, Arizona: Food lovers in Phoenix get ready for a special event.

Chef Stephen Jones of the larder & the delta is partnering with Niman Ranch for an exclusive, one-afternoon-only lamb cookout.

This garden cookout will take place on Sunday, March 23rd at 2:00 pm at the larder & the delta, located at 2320 E. Osborn Rd.

The event promises a family-style service featuring Niman Ranch’s sustainably raised, Certified Humane® purebred lamb cooked over a live open fire.

The menu is a multi-course lamb experience, showcasing various cuts and preparations paired with seasonal ingredients and innovative flavors. Expect a whole roasted Niman Ranch Lamb, designed to reflect the larder & the delta’s commitment to bold, farm-to-table dining.

Guests can also enjoy a selection of elegantly paired wines, available for purchase, along with specialty cocktails.

Chef Stephen Joneslarder & the delta offers a cozy dining experience, known for its 12-course tasting menu that tells stories of the American South through local produce and meats.

With one seating per evening, the restaurant provides a unique and adventurous culinary journey.

Niman Ranch is a network of over 600 independent family farmers and ranchers, is known for its high-quality pork, beef, and lamb. They prioritize traditional, humane, and sustainable practices, earning them the Certified Humane® designation.

Tickets for the cookout are $75 and can be purchased at thelarderthedelta.com/special-events/ or directly through OpenTable (under “experiences”). Seating is limited, so early booking is recommended.
