Rogers, Arkansas, USA – Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café, the popular restaurant chain known for its sweet and savory crêpes, is expanding its national footprint into two new states: Arkansas and Missouri.
The company announced a four-unit franchise agreement that will see two locations open in metropolitan areas of Arkansas and two in Kansas City, Missouri.
The first restaurant under this new agreement is slated to open in the fall of 2025 at Pinnacle Hills Promenade in Rogers, Arkansas, located at 2203 Promenade Blvd, Space 8105.
Behind this expansion are experienced Texas-based multi-unit and multi-brand franchise owners, Michael and Melissa Aaron. The couple has a long history in the restaurant industry, having operated numerous Sonic Drive-In locations for over 30 years and recently opening a Nothing Bundt Cakes. They were drawn to Sweet Paris after experiencing its ambiance and tasting the food.
“When we were looking to expand our portfolio, we knew we wanted a brand that we were passionate about,” said Michael Aaron in the announcement. “Once we tasted the food, we knew this was a business we wanted to be part of… We are excited to lead the brand’s expansion into two new states and introduce a taste of Paris to new communities.”
Rogers, with its vibrant Pinnacle Hills Promenade shopping and dining area, is part of one of the country’s fastest-growing metropolitan regions, making it an ideal location for the brand’s debut in Arkansas. As the Aarons develop their sites, they are also planning locations in Little Rock, Arkansas, and Kansas City, Missouri.

Allison Chavez, co-founder of Sweet Paris, expressed enthusiasm for the move, stating, “Breaking into Arkansas and Missouri is a key move in our strategic national expansion, and we are thrilled to have the Aarons leading the way.” She highlighted their confidence in the partnership and their ability to bring communities together through high-quality food.
Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café currently operates 20 locations across Arizona, Florida, Minnesota, Texas, and Mexico. Founded in 2012 by Ivan and Allison Chavez, the brand is on a mission to “Revive the Art of Eating Crêpes.”
The company is actively seeking qualified individuals looking for multi-unit opportunities through its strategic partnership model to support further national growth.
