Dallas, Texas, USA – Get ready for a new taste of summer from Wingstop. The chicken wing chain is introducing a bold new limited-time flavor, Mexican Street Spice, available nationwide starting today, May 12.
The flavor arrives alongside a new 20 for $20 deal featuring classic wings.
Inspired by the popular taste of Mexican street corn, the new flavor is described as a distinctive blend of spices, parmesan cheese, and a kick of lime.
It can be applied to Wingstop’s classic wings, crispy tenders, and chicken sandwiches.
To fully embrace the street corn inspiration, the Mexican Street Spice flavor will also be available on Wingstop’s seasoned fries and famous fried corn sides.

Mark Christenson, Wingstop’s Chief Revenue Officer, highlighted the flavor’s uniqueness in the announcement. “Only Wingstop, the Flavor Experts, could take the taste of Mexican street corn and turn it into an unexpected and craveable wing flavor,” he said.
Christenson noted that the flavor was a “huge hit in testing” and is designed to be a crowd-pleaser perfect for sharing, offering bold taste without excessive heat.
You can order the new Mexican Street Spice flavor and the 20 for $20 deal on the Wingstop website or through the Wingstop app, while supplies last. Full details on the offer can be found at Wingstop.com/Offers.
