Popular Carolina-Born restaurant chain, Bojangles has announced the signing of a 30-unit agreement to establish its first branch in Los Angeles in Early 2025.
The restaurant is known for its specialised breakfast and southern-style chicken, biscuits and teas.
The franchise holders for The Bojangles L.A. County location are Lorenzo Boucetta and Poulet Brothers, LLC. Serial entrepreneurs, Boucetta have a lifetime of experience within the hospitality and real estate industry.
The Franchise is a perfect fit for Boucetta who since moving to LA in 2009 has focused on restoring high-end historical properties by leveraging the hospitality industry internationally and domestically.
The agreement doesn’t stop at L.A. County as Bojangles and Poulet Brothers, LLC plan to open 30 new locations over the next six years throughout California. Founded in 1977 in Charlotte, North Carolina, Bojangles is a Sourthern-style food restaurant.

The chain currently has over 800 systemwide restaurants in 17 states and is one of the fastest-growing quick-service chicken chains in the United States with more locations in development.
